Brewed with Maine-malted pilsner and German-malted Munich and Vienna. We hop with all Tettnang and ferment out with an old strain from a renowned German monastery brewery before a thorough lagering. It's spicy, doughy, deeply refreshing, and better and better the more you swig.

On tap at Highroller Lobster Co in Portland, ME.
This one pours a light golden orange-ish/amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like doughy, caramelly, and bready malt, with just a touch of hop spice to it.
I think this is my first beer that I’ve had from Goodfire, and it’s a great start. This feels basically spot on for the style to me, with some crusty, doughy, and bready malt character, a nice toastiness, and some very light hop spice that keeps it balanced and drinkable.
This is light bodied, pretty crisp and clean, and really drinkable.
This beer paired extremely well with a lobster roll and potato salad – which is exactly what you want from a Maine beer.
