Oyster Saison // Freeport Pilot Beer // Draft Only // Farmhouse Ale // 4% ABV // Brewed with 100% Blue Ox Malt, this saison features Pilsner, Vienna, and a touch of biscuit malt. Maine-grown oyster shells were added to the mash and boil to give a slight salinity. Fermented with French saison 1 yeast
