I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in Wichita in a schooner glass.
Appearance: medium-dark brown with little or no haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: light malt aroma that’s a bit caramelly and nutty, but doesn’t really jump out at me.
Taste: caramelly malt with a fair bit of sweetness and a moderate bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent, if unspectacular, Czech dark lager.
