Originating in Cologne, Germany; Kolsch is technically an ale but fermented at cooler temperatures to produce crisp lager like qualities. Delicate cracker-like malt body and flavor. Clean & crisp, delicately balanced between malt & hops. An absolute crusher of a beer style. Served only at Social Tap Drinkery.
