When your wife asks you to brew a traditional Hefeweizen, but hop it like an East Coast IPA using only dank ass Mosaic hops, you do it! Here you go “LuvBug!”

Draft at Nortons. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of banana, clove, cracked wheat and spices. Sweet wheat taste with bread crust, lemon and clove.
