Brewed with a base of pils, oats and chit malt. The wet Comet, Columbus and Chinook are grown in our little biergraden and were used in the mash and whirlpool. Some Manilita and Wakatu pellets also join the party. Fermented with one of our favorite hazy strains. Then double dry hopped with Cryo Fresh Citra from Yakima Chief. Cryo Fresh are frozen fresh hops processed with the innovative technology of Cryo Hops.
