Pours a nice, clear but hazes up slightly in the glass, orange amber. A dense watery head explodes to three fingers of off white, before receding over a minute or two into a spotty cap. Quick notes since I didnt write down much during my drinking!
Aroma - classic amber. Malty, grainy, slightly toasty notes. Pleasant generic bitter hop notes with a ting of citrus and metallic
Taste follows the nose to a T
Light bodied with slightly lower than moderate carbonation, smooth and slightly crisp on the sip.
A mitigating factor — had very sugary food before drinking this, and I am not someone who has sugar in their diet frequently. It really dinged my palate. This review is a general placeholder until I can review a second beer and compare and see how it holds up. Perfectly passable amber

Pours dark orange (not red) with a nice fluffy off-white head. The smell is a rye-ish spicyness typical of red ales. The taste is malty upfront, with sweetness and hints of bitterness in the background. Mouthfeel is smooth

Pretty plain malty beer, with a little coconut (extract?). Gulpable beer, but not too much of it. On tap at Summerhill LCBO. A touch of red colour. English red.
