a tasty belgian blonde, it kind of tastes like a baby tripel in that its not all that light in body or anything, but its nicely restrained on the yeast esters and it still drinks pretty easy as a result. clear and bright in the glass with a full inch of white rising head on it, very much looks the part. the aroma is lightly spicy, with some banana and pear and white wine in there, but its pretty tame in flavor, balance by a little but of pale malt sweetness and a really cool fruity hop profile thats somewhat subtle, but unexpected in this style, almost seems like new zealand tropical to me, but i cant place the varietals. very clean overall. some minerals to this, a real almost crispness too, and made to feel summery by the hops at the end and all the carbonation. nice flavor here overall, professionally made beer, and more flavor than i have gotten used to in this style from american brewers. i thought all the beer was good in here, people were all happy, and it was a fun place to be.
