This should be Milwaukee's go to beer. Very tasty Kolsch that will not fill you up and goes down great with pizza.

16oz. can served in a willibecker. Pours an orange-gold with a slight haze to the clarity and a fizzy, quarter inch, bright white head that exhibits excellent head retention. Nose is a bit heavy for the style - floral and earthy notes. Taste follows nose with an earthy/medicinal bitterness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation. Overall, not really on-par the style.

Had on tap at Wy'East pizza. Nice beer w/ pizza that is for sure.
Pours clear golden.
Crisp and clean. a little bready and lemony. I could crush these all day. don' t know much about this brewery but this is solid.
