Appearance: Black glass shows some brown floating particles, which I am going to assume is coffee. Holds a thin halo of dark foam.
Aroma: Lots of coffee, Folgers. A slight funk behind it.
Taste: Coffee is all in, some earthy hops, a slight sweetness in the finish gives the package some balance, but the coffee is overwhelming.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium high carbonation, clean finish.
Overall: Not a fan of the recipe as the coffee is overdone, but it's well brewed and pretty clean. First try from another new Texas brewery, I'll be looking for another chance to try some.
