Very light tasting and good summer Pilsner. Not too sweet but definitely taste the peach. The color is similar to mass produced beers and the taste is smooth. Overall a nice even smooth beer to drink in the summertime.

I finished up my ~ weekly quarantine re-up today with a visit to Rieker Bottle Works. My big 3 are Beer & Beverage Shoppe (B&BS) on Thursday; Friendly Greek Bottle Shop (FGBS) on Friday & Riker Bottle Works today. I do not drive & so everything is a planned event on foot patrol/shoe leather express & public trans along with the ocCANsional ride.
From the Crowler: "05/16/2020; Name; ABV".
I will be looking for a Bottled version, but in the meantime, I was NOT going to pass up a Pilsner!
I beCAN by moving my base of hoperations over to the sink area. I CANnot seem to get the hang of the initial Glug following the Crack!ing open of the vent without some dribble. 8=( It is simply that the vent is set a little further back than on a 12- or 16-fl. oz. lid & there is some secret to it that I have not tumbled to as yet.
Despite the dribble & my use of my fave Pilsner glass (delicate, fragile & tapered), I was able to muster up a brief two-fingers of fizzy, foamy, soapy, bone-white head with marginal retention. 8=( Color was a spectacular Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7) with filament quality clarity! 8=O This alludes to the idea that you could see the filament in an old-style (NOT soft-serve) light bulb. This would be NE-plus quality clarity since their test was being able to read the Sunday comics. 8=O This was like crystal ball-clarity, allowing me to see into the future! I am drinking a beer. Hmm. Nose was redolent with peaches! 8=O This would be fine if it were a Fruit & Field Beer, but as a GER Pils, I need to dun stylistically. Mouthfeel was medium, decent for a Lager of any stripe. The taste was full-on peach. They may as well have labeled it as "Peach Preserves". Again, fine for F&FB, but for GER Pils, not so much. Finish was pleasantly dry with a lingering taste of peaches. I dig peaches, I dig Pilsners & so this was right by me! YMMV.

Never heard of this brewery out of Pennsylvania. This is an excellent peach beer. Very peachy. ABV 6%. Would be a great after grass cutting beer for the summer.

Not sure why this isn't on here I have had it before and was able to secure a six pack fairly cheap at under 10 bucks. Pours a rather bright yellow with just a 1/4 inch of froth that settles to a good ring. Smells of peach slices and candies with mostly just sweetness rather than any corn skunk. Taste is smooth, sweet almost like candies with some very mild skin. Taste is artificial but in a good way like I could finish multiple in a sitting.
Overall a good take on the standard pilsner with a good fruit bite!
