I haven't had their beers for a few years since my first experience with Dirty Swan was a drain pour. I decided to revisit them and picked up a 4 pack of this. I was pleasantly surprised, it ended up being pretty tasty. Aroma of pineapple and mangoes. Taste is dank hops with a lot of pineapple and citrus, pretty tasty actually. Mouthfeel is good for the style, on the thinner side of medium I would say. This beer exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed it. Well done guys!

Here we go. Live review. Popping this with some friends on News Years Eve. Can just popped in the kitchen by Mike. Sound was pretty typical for an ipa of this caliber. A little more high swoosh than I expected. Sounded a little like a Bush commercial from the 80s. Now smelling. Malt , sweet malt and ... more sweet malt. Here we go. First taste - just like it smells. Sticky and sweet syrup. Then bananas and then comes the aftertaste. Lingering bitter chew but not typical of hops. More like cough medicine. Maybe the palette will adjust. Nope - not worth the calories. This is a drain pour.

Poured into a tulip, canned on 7/24/19. Poured malty orange with minimal lacing. Smell is astringent papaya & orange peel. Taste is astringent melon & orange peel. Thin mouthfeel . Not likely to revisit

On draft at Depot Street Tavern in Milford, MA. WOW! What a surprise. I wasn’t expecting such a prominent aromatic and citrusy hop nose. The best I’ve sniffed in quite some time. Slightly hazy with typical IPA coloring. Mouth feel is spot on, alcohol not evident despite 8% ABV. Malt body perfectly balanced with hop bitterness. To me it tastes more like a DIPA than NE IPA. I will have this again; will visit the brewery.
