Obtained a can in a trade - brewery was heretofore unknown to me. If this is a representative product from Lake St. George, Maine has another very promising brewery added to its roster. Attractive can design that should stand out on store shelves. Can says it's a Helles Lager and, to my taste, it certainly meets the general definition of that style. Light in body and color yet very flavorful throughout. I don't know how widely this brewery distributes but I'll be looking for their products in my future Maine travels.

Little detail on the can or on their site. No ABV provided but this is the description from their site:
Light in color and body, this is a traditional lager. Gently hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfruher and Mandarina Bavaria hops
Pours a clear pale straw gold color with a frothy 2 finger head that settles quickly to a film.
Aroma is vaguely fruity with a moderate malt presence.
Taste is pretty clean with a pleasant grain flavor up front that transitions to a floral, citrusy hop flavor to the finish.
Feel is unsticky and light-to-medium bodied with the malt striking a midpoint between the fore and background.
This is a rich, flavorful beer with a clean finish and well balanced profile. Second winner from these guys for me and I have to give them credit for making quality beer.
