Pale gold with a thin veil of foam and spotty lace, sharp clarity. Aroma is grainy, multigrain bread crust.
Taste reminds me of multi-vitamins for some strange reason, which i've picked up before from noble hops in quantity. Some drying grassy bitterness and apple notes. The feel is a little bigger and smoother than a standard Pils, it's more like a Helles Bock. Medium bodied with a smooth texture, oddly boozy for 6.5% if that's even accurate.
It's hard to objectively rate a beer when the label is so problematically tone deaf. Symbols currently in use by extremist hate groups and bible quotes probably aren't the wisest choice for your beer label, just saying. I guess when your beer is this mediocre, you have to resort to edgy marketing tactics. Unfortunately I didn't see it until i'd already bought it and had left the brewery. Not planning to patronize Parkside in the future.
