Test 49 IPA brewed with Centennial hops delivering a citrus punch, Simcoe adding earthy undertones, and Citra bringing a tropical fruit medley to the forefront. Then dry-hopped, with Amarillo contributing notes of orange blossom and El Dorado adding a hint of pear and watermelon. The malt complexity shines through with the crispness of Pilsner, the sweetness of Two Row Barley, the depth of Bavarian Barley, and the smoothness of Red Wheat. This foundation allows the hop blend to express its full range, from grapefruit zest to pine resin, with a tropical twist.
