Out of the crowler, it has a bright hazy body with a slowly dissipating head. Minimal lacing, but for what it’s worth, it sticks around longer than on other goses. The nose doesn’t dance between smells, and is consistently the earthy, funky, organic passion fruit that is lilikoi. It’s a strong nose, but not overpowering, and it’s a clean and natural representation of lilikoi. From the first drink to the last, the perfect amount of lilikoi flavor hits your palate with the right amount of sour and sweetness. There are an abundance of goses that are one and done, meaning they’re too sour and puckering to drink more than one pint, but this beer doesn’t overwhelm you with its feel and could be had all day in the Hawaiian sun. A great beer for someone who wants something fruity, tame, and that you can taste the quality on every sip.

Crowler from 11/18/2018

A: Pours an opaque, peach juice color. Head is minimal.

A: Smells like ripe lilikoi and mango

T: Starts off with a ripe fruit juice flavor. Then, I pick up a hint of the sea salt. It finishes up with a slight hint of fermented fruit with a little more lilikoi to finish off the sip.

M: Medium carbonated mouth is picked up about a second into the sip

O: Damn this is refreshingly good. I guess this falls under a category of a fruited gose. Very enjoyable, not overly salty/briny as a gose. I like what these guys are putting out.
