Pouring from a 32 oz. Crowler into a tulip glass, this beer pours out like a thick dark berry juice. A finger worth of sea foam pink bubbles that leave a heavy wall as they slowly recede.
The nose carries berries and slight acidity while the flavor does the same, except adding a layer of malt base. Crisp wheat. This is light and refreshing. Not picking up much, if any salt but there is a very light, natural acidity. This would be absolutely wonderful by the pool or ocean. Even then, with my preferences, I could still use a little bit more body on it. I like where the carbonation is at though.
Overall, it’s a great summer brew.
