Delicious gose - not usually my style but this one had just the right amount of sourness/tartness, balanced with great flavors and just a restrained amount of salinity. Obtained this crowler very fresh straight from the brewery. Pours a beautiful looking dark pink color, slightly hazy and thick - just like a POG. Lovely abundant fluffy white head and some beautiful looking rings of lingering lacing that persisted throughout. Smells of nice ripe guava, a little less orange, mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Smells like Hawaii! Also some creamy vanilla, malt, bread, weaker floral hops. Taste follows the nose, great balance between the tartness and sweetness of the malt and fruit. Not too puckering and very enjoyable with spicy food. Smooth, sticky, juicy mouthfeel, slightly soft, good carbonation. One of the best goses I’ve ever had.
