Described as tasting like a "Mexican Hot Chocolate", this pastry stout definitely delivers on the name. Excellent chocolate notes followed by cinnamon and vanilla. I thought that I tasted the chipotle at the beginning, but very subtle and didn't take through the remainder of the crowler. Glad to see Inu bring back their pastry stouts after a couple year absence.
