Picked up a 12 oz single from TW-Greenville 10-6-23 for $2.99. No canning date; consumed 3-28-24. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured light orange with an okay white head that dissipated quickly.
Nose has notes of citrus tinged wheat and notes of phenolic spices.
Taste is really well balance as the wheat malt base works well with the wit yeast strain giving me notes of white pepper. Finishes with a deft touch of orange and hopping to keep the works in balance.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall another solid beer from the Munkle team.
