Canned 2021/05/12
Pours a med fizzy bubbly almost 1 finger head with med retention, spotty lacing, very hazy med deep golden color
Nose is fruity, apple, pear, pome fruit, little solvent glue with hint of alcohol and peppery phenols, light sweet blond malt
Taste starts a little sweet, blonde Belgian golden malt and a hint if candi sugar, touch of that solventy glue, light peppery phenols, fair fruity esters again pome fruit and hint if dried apricot, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, med frothy carb
Overall not bad, little solventy note which can come from Belgian yeast if you're not too careful, otherwise not bad
