Picked up a 12 oz can from TW-Greenville, SC 12-9-22 for $2.79. Canned 11-3-22; consumed 6-29-23. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a reddish brown with a very nice off white head.
Nose is giving notes of dark bread, light and dark fruit, and nutmeg.
Taste follows the nose with a malt base that gives a dark bread base and the yeast giving notes of pear, apple, and figs. spice additions i am getting nutmeg, white pepper, and coriander. Finish is very balanced.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and very smooth.
Overall i totally dig this beer, a lot going on. I can see getting a sixer next holiday season!
