Thickly cloudy, pale gold color. Resistant, smaller bubble head, which falls to be swampy. Flavorful floury wheat nose, light, sweet dough.
Pretty bitter, complex wheat cereal flavor. Another light sweet wheat developed between and after the initial and lasting bitterness that dominates overall in the mouth. Nice interplay between bitterness and sweetness. A smokey touch to the bitterness. Afternotes of pretzels.
Medium to low soft carbonation. Loved this pilsener! Reminded me alot of Sky Beer's (from Takikawa, Hokkaido, Japan) pilsener for its sweet, floury wheat taste. This one, however, had a little more in the way of hops perhaps.

330 mL brown bottle, capped (yellow cap); date and "PLISNER" stamped on the cap. Purchased in Tokyo.
This pilsner poured a clear, golden color with creamy, white foam that settled but left a bit of lace. The smell was biscuity malt with only a hint of hops. The taste was dominated by floral hops but with a nice, sweet biscuity malt flavor to balance. There was a good bitter hop presence especially in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy with a dry finish. The body and carbonation were medium. This was a very easy drinking pilsner with quite a floral hop presence.
