Light tan condensed cap on an opaque dark brown body. Unkempt lacing.
Smell was extraordinary--big fresh vanilla bean and vanilla ice cream with caramel topping. Complex with fresh baked bread arriving somewhere in the mix.
Taste seemed to hold a fragile sweetness heading to bitterness in a low, smooth carbonation transition. Mellow caramel ice cream malts. SO mellow I felt I could've drank it all nite...or many nites? Yona yona? And another perfect aftertaste fron Wind Valley, capping the taste iwht a small concentrated caramel finish.
Very drinkable, great level of light sweetness, mild hops, and vanilla bread.
