16 oz. can.
Canned 10/29/19.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch off-white head over a murky, light golden body with some lacing. Nose of citrus, slight tropical fruit, and a bit of hay. Taste mirrors nose somewhat with citrus pith and hay taking over to a fairly dry finish. Nice feel and overall a pretty solid NEIPA from Colchester, VT. Cheers!

Bottom of the can reads "10/29/19."
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a fairly ruddy thick burnt orange semi-bright pulled copper color. A one finger white foamy head slid off at a good pace and left some sticky foamy filmy lace.
The aroma seemed to lean towards the "Mosaic" hops as a fair amount of dry "green" grassy to earthy hop tones start off while some oniony hints and sweet pine punch at some papaya whiffs as they work their way into the mix of these fine aromatics.
The flavor definitely leaned towards the grassy hop zest, somewhat of a bite with a "leveling" kind of juiciness trying to brighten up my tastebuds. Quick aftertaste of piney zest along with the grassiness again.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a kind sipping quality about it. Appropriately carbonated for the style, plenty of dry grassy zestiness provided some harsh qualities. Finishes crisp with some hop zest.
Overall, I'd say this fits the style and would be one I'd come back to for me. A high end one just meeting the requirements to be all 4's across the board.
