Can to tulip.
Stamped 02/25/20.
The appearance was a beautiful burnt orange to copper color with a slim film of a head. This fell off delicately to leave some wispy lace.
The aroma had some sweet danky onion to earthy hop tones rolling into some peachy flesh and berry sweeness. Super soft malt.
The flavor leaned towards a danky sweetness then brought forward a super subtle berry tang. Mellow aftertaste of sweet onions and peach flesh.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation with some dryness but not too much. Finishes with some orange rind and dry onion skin.
Overall, a very nicely done imperial New England styled IPA well worthy of coming back to.
