Small beige head that dissipates to fine rim bubbles. There's some temporary spots after the initial sip, but nothing thereafter. The liquid is deep dark brown where no light passes.

Boozy nose with a cherry-like brandy aroma. Sweeter chocolate nose.

Rich body with a minimal level of carbonation. Syrupy. The flavor is equally rich with a semisweet chocolate and cherries dominating the taste. LIke the smell, the alcohol is notable. The finish is more of the semisweet chocolate and alcohol warmth.

Poured stout black with a beige head that left rings of lacing.
The aroma is lost on my Covid affected nose.
The taste is undefinable in some ways, I’m not familiar with gin or hemp or juniper berries but there is some chocolate and mild coffee present. The other things affected the flavor significantly and I found it very tasty.
The feel was just viscous enough for the beer, between that and the flavors I couldn’t define it was a slow sipper.

Pours black, slow rising carbonation, light brown creamy looking head, settles to a thin film with islands of thicker bubbles.

Nose is big on gin, like a mix of a botanicals; lime, pine and juniper. Some heat greets the back of the nasal canal as well as some chocolate and roast.

Taste initially shows the same herbal gin qualities but it is followed up by a rich semi sweet chocolate; and by god there is the perfect little note of the special part of special brownies. I wondered if the hemp would show and it certainly does on the finish.

Big body that stops short of being too thick, low carbonation lends itself to a semi creamy feel. Low roasty bitterness with some minor warming from the abv.

A cool and unique drinking experience, I’m glad I grab this beer to give it a try.

I rarely give a 4.5 to any beer.
Dark brown chocolate with 5F head in a Mikasa tulip.
Deep gin aroma. This is the best gin barrel aged beer I’ve tasted.
Most are lackluster.
Very smooth MF.
Deep gin, mint chocolate taste.
Great beer worth trying, especially if you like gin.
