Can to tulip.
The appearance was a fairly thick semi-bright yellow to orange color with a small white foamy head. This fell off nicely to leave a concave white lace.
The aroma had some grassy to danky oniony tones rolling into some iced mango chunks and clementine bits. Soft clean malt.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side to stroll through the mango and clementine while bringing in a subtle grassy bitterness. Aftertaste of shaved citrus peel, dry clementine and clean malts.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation with some dry bitterness. Finishes dry with a soft grassiness and clean malts.
Overall, pretty nicely done DIPA worthy of coming back to.
