Niko is our 7.5% American IPA, and is a brewers favorite at Green Empire. This IPA is soft on the palate and is hopped with layered additions of fresh crop juicy hops to create notes of mango, kiwi, and lemon lime. This beer is dedicated to our son, Niko.

16 ounce can.
Canned on 12/07/21.
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing.
Great nose of tropical fruit and sweet citrus.
Taste mirrors nose quite well with all kinds of fruitiness caressing your palate.
Mango is at the forefront with kiwi and lemon/lime, just as in the brewery's description.
They ain't lyin'!
Finish is ever so slightly bitter with a hint of citrus pith and kiwifruit.
So tasty!!
Nice, soft feel; and so easy to drink for a 7.5%er.
Overall, I don't usually go for most "soft" IPAs, but this juice bomb is so damn tasty!
There's nothing "green" about this beer!!
Cheers to the "Ripe" Empire!!!
