Had this on release day when I was at the brewery, didn't make it back to pick up a bottle, so will jot down some notes from memory. Hazy golden in the glass, good cream colored cap, good lacing. Good tropical nose. Taste follows the nose, soft body similar to NEIPA, but had a crisp, mild bitter finish. Probably the best beer I had on vacation in the panhandle. Love this brewery

On draft 06/17/19. Hoppy, dry, aromatic, and a good deal more bitter than the vast majority of Perfect Plain beers I’ve had. This one doesn’t go to far in any one flavor direction, but rather focuses on nailing the brut style, an all around solid beer.

An excellent dry IPA. it really dies taste let me a dry champagne or wine. It's very interesting. A little like Hazy Little Things, but so not filling. You could crush many if these.
