Made by Holy City Brewing for Pawley’s Island Brewing, Little House is a big west coast style IPA. Lots of hops, not a lot of malt, and it tastes bigger than its 6.5% ABV. Piney and resinous, there is grapefruit in the bitter finish. Would probably pair well with spicy chicken wings and maybe even shrimp or crawfish etouffè. Just remember, Hops are the main tenant of this little house, and Malt rents a shed out back. #thepubscout
