with a light amber almost pink body and soft white cup and a sweet barley light bittering aroma test you soon sugared biscuit malt and caramel with a light tone of kruidenhop a soft bitterness

I drank this beer at the brewery, Nijmegen.
Appearance is good, clear, amber colored with a thin head and some carbonation.
Smell is malty, slightly fruity and bready, yeast profile is pretty clean, except for this bread baking smell. Nice though.
Taste is malty, without being too full-bodied, it is more like the graintaste that spent grains tend to have. Nice and slightly nutty. The baked bread taste is an interesting taste, which I only found in a couple of dry yeast strains like Nottingham. Not that I dislike this taste. A very good (introduction) beer from the Hemel.
