This beer is just fantastic! The previous reviewer already mentioned this, but everything he mentioned is in this beer. Very complex and spicy.

Appearance is murky, orange/brown with a 2 inch head. The foam is very creamy and stays on the rest of the review.
Smell is very complex, there are smells of coriander, grain and yeast. On top of that are strawberries, blackberries, red fruit and yes, roses! First time I smell this in a beer. Don't know whether all these smells are generated by the yeast or have been added by the spices. Anyway, a real sniffer beer.

Taste is even so very complex and perfect. fresh and sizzling with definate spices like coriander and strawberries? or anise? I don't know. Again a good rose taste and something like liquorice.
Behind all these tastes is something yeasty and a slight bitterness.
There is just a little too much carbonation in the beer, that makes me burp a little too much.

What a presentation: overwelming head forever staying, leaving laces and beautifull clear light bronze beercolor. Nose is also overwelming in perfum, rozes, strawberry fruity, sweet black cherries in fresh maltjuice. Taste is also very good, sweetish blackberries bathing in a good malted and well fermented alcoholjuice. Moderate hopping keeps the overal freshness together with the( must be added) orange peals and koreander long in the mouth. Enormous carbonisation makes it even fresher and more enjoyable and hell yes I recomend this one with a star as is for visiting the brewery!
