On-tap at Shoe Tree Brewing Co., Carson City, NV
A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapples and honeydew melon are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of pineapple and melon along with slight hints of alcohol in the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The hops lend some crispness to the mouthfeel.
O: I didn't find this beer too difficult to drink for a Triple IPA. The aromas and flavors of pineapple were a pleasant treat.

This is a N.E. Double. Nice hazy appearance. Excellent floral notes with a great juicy taste. Pineapple flavors are up front with this double. If you enjoy n.e. style ipas go get this one!!
