Had this one @ Jordan's for fresh hop brew day 2021.
Pours a blonde color with good clarity into a whiskey glass. Solid 1/2" white head. This is an attractive looking beer. The aroma is that bland not much going on some grain here and that is about it for the nose. Nothing off. Just not much to speak of.
Taste is just fine for a blonde ale. Ticks the boxes. Light bodied, yet respectable display of barley giving those golden waves of Midwest grain feels. Average body and carbonation. Hopping to give a light, almost flavorless bitterness to it in the 25 ibu range. Has that adjunct lager feel swapped out for a neutral ale yeast. Light fruity aspect in the grain sweetness. Absolutely nothing wrong with this beer, but its geared to a drinker who generally isn't big on beer. Totally fine while you're brewing kind of beer. As their own description is only two words, this beer doesn't have much depth, nor is it intended to. "Smooth, light." Can't say they didn't hit their target.

Crisp clean easy drinker with a touch of sweetness. Not a lot of head retention, and could use a little more hops. A good solid beer, but a little pedestrian for the price.
