Better than your average spiced beer.
And far better than your average gingerbread.
What’s good about this beer is what it’s not, it’s not over done or overpowering. It’s flavorful, balanced and very approachable.
Pours quite dark with a creamy lacy head. Aroma is of caramel, sweet. The body is medium, not to heavy. And the name really comes through in the flavor, but not in a, snap your head back, overpowering way. A little sweet, but not too sweet, enough bitterness to balance and you really get the gingerbread flavor, but not so much that it’s off putting. A very nice holiday beer.
