Alright alright, let's not just add this beer to this Next Glass owned database, let's generate some content for them in light of their leadership. Get monetized!
Pours a nice clear darker golden yellow as was the style at the time. Slightly smaller head in the 1/3" range. Solidly pungent lager yeast alongside a sizeable pilsner hopping rate in the traditional Saaz herbal hop push.
The taste is all of the smells, the hops, the yeast, but also a solid bready grain presence consisting of a percentage of pilsner malt for sure. When I saw the abv I got concerned, as its a bit above normal style guidelines, but it really wasn't all that perceptible. Mouthfeel remains crisp, dry. Carbonation where I want it. Solid beer all around.
Them payczechs buy longnecks or however the song goes. Speaking of which, man Def Leppard is throwing out some deep cuts on this Las Vegas residency.
