Vestri is a deliciously balanced version of a WCIPA. We use a blend of four hops that deliver the classic citrusy, piney, resinous, and spicy notes that define the style, perfectly balanced by a caramel sweetness. After Odin and his brother slayed the giant Ymir, they created Midgard. The sky was made from the skull of Ymir with four dwarfs responsible for holding up the skull. Their names corresponded to the four cardinal directions, Vestri holding up the western sky became West or Western in Old Norse.
