Appearance: The beer pours a beautiful hazy, gold body with a very small head.
Smell: Wheat, orange, coriander, and a light pepper aroma are noticeable right away.
Taste: A hint of orange spice is followed by a malty wheat taste. The finish is a little dry from a pinch of hops. It is a stereotypical Witbier and there is nothing wrong with that.
Mouth feel: A light bodied beer with just enough carbonation to be refreshing.
Overall: This is a great representation of the style and is probably the best offering from the brewer.
