Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - peaches, lactose, tropical and citrus hops, bready malts, and earthy tropical yeast.
Taste - peaches and lactose upfront. The citrus and tropical hops follow next. The bready malts and earthy tropical yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes tart with a pleasant sourness with the peaches lingering.
Overall - A well executed peach sour from Railyard. You can actually taste the peaches in this brew. It's like eating a fresh BC peach. Quite the pleasant brew from Railyard!
