An American IPA goes to Mexico. Mexican IPA is a fusion of two pretty excellent things, an IPA and Mexican cuisine. This IPA is brewed with jalapeno, Anaheim chiles, and lime peel creating amazing aromas and a surprisingly balanced flavor. Additionally, Agave nectar is used to dry the beer out some. Salud!
