A throwback to our homebrewing days and an ode to Autumn, this "big" Hefeweizen is chock-full of banana, hits of clove, and a bit of vanilla. Crisp enough to enjoy on a patio but enough spice to sip by a fire with with friends or strangers.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is strong yeast with a twist of orange citrus and clove. Smells rather traditional, although maybe a touch more powerful than most. Flavor profile is wheat, clove, orange peel and yeast esters. Mouth feel carries a light foam, with a velvety texture. It's medium-thick, providing a little more presence than most hefeweizens. Overall, a good hefeweizen that does well to be slightly more powerful than others, without being over whelming.
