If you’re into fruited sours and hazy IPAs, we guarantee that you’ll love our new Sour IPA!
Fruited with Lulo (a Central American citrus fruit) and hammered with Peach, Vanilla, Lactose, and Hops. The Lulo (or Naranjilla) gives off some great kiwi and rhubarb notes, which plays well with the fresh, juicy, peachiness and fruity hop flavors. Not too bitter, not too sweet, just friggin delicious!
This is also my personal homage to Hudson Valley Brewery, pioneers of the style. Hope to do it justice.
