Pours a straw color with a solid fog to the transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam with pretty good retention. Aroma is banana, which cuts through everything. Grassy and mild spicy hops add some zest with bready, and mild wafer malts forming the base. Clove appears, especially late. Flavor profile is banana through and through. Bread, clove, and grassy hops form the remainder of the flavor profile. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is driven by a consistent sharp fuzzy. Overall, interesting flavor addition choices considering the typical hefeweizen notes. Really leans in and works pretty well.
