Pours a toffee brown color with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of off-white foam with good retention. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and bread for malt driven notes, with caramel and fig sprinkled over the top. Flavor profile is crackers and wafers for a dry, mild start. Fig, bread, and timid caramel spruce it up a bit. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a soft crispiness. Overall, it's mild and tame, but puts forth some good flavors.
