Pours black with maybe a finger of khaki foam. Aroma is roasty and toasty. Vanilla bean cuts through, with an initial sugary sweetness. Dark chocolate on the back half. Flavor profile is more vanilla bean, with a less syrupy consistency than the aroma. Roasty and toasty malts support baker's chocolate. Mouth feel is thick, but not super full. Overall, pretty darn nice, hitting some heavy notes, but not super deep in complexity.
