Had on tap. Cloudy golden body, large white head with thick bands of lacing. Aromas of grassy and herbal hops, crisp malts, and bready yeast. Taste is similar to pislner urquell in there is a toasty malt sweetness underneath it all, but otherwise it is paler and yeastier. Yeasty, full bodied as expected, but not heavy, sneaky bright. The wife liked it

Meh, did not seem like a really fresh beer. Kinda stale flat tasting. Looks fine smells ok but not really a great middle of the day beer choice. Filtered may be better. Not sure.

I had the privilege to visit this Národni brewery in Prague right next to the National Theater and try all of their own beers.
Had this unfiltered pilsener fors and I must say I was quite impressed. Much better than any other pilseners, this one was quite freshly (over)hopped, creating a bitter/hoppy overtone to it. The nonfiltered character just added to its smootheness and drinkability.
Had all three kinds on tap but this was the best by far.
