Copenhagen 22/9 2019. 33 cl small chubby bottle from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh. Ø. Drawing of Walruses hanging out on the label.
Pours dark brown with a red hue. Small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of flimsy foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish and lightly metallic. Caramel, lightly roasted malts, sweet biscuit. Metallic tin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor has a distinct, strong sweetness followed by a quite moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a roasted tang. Lingers for a while.
Decent Amber Ale with strong malty backbone and a nice, light roastiness.

A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger off white head that died down a bit but consistently left a quarter finger high head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of fruity yeast and has notes of amber malts towards the finish with a bit of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be fruitier and less malty compared to other beers in the style.
