PIVO Brewery

If you're looking for a pleasant taproom experience, you'll find it here. Clean, spacious, and well lighted bar and dining area, with a decent selection of pizza, sandwiches, and bar-type food, in addition to an exhaustive selection of their well-crafted beers of various styles. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they love talking about their beer. Adding to the experience is the Blepta Studio, which features the artisan crafts of PIVO co-owner Sara Neuzil. This isn't just a brewery, it's a destination of its own.

Food selection is limited and simple (mostly panini sandwiches) yet it was quite tasty. Sides more varied than usual fries. Beer selection however is impressive for such a small place. Like 30 or so. I managed to find 3 styles somewhat hard to find in my quest to try at least one of each !
