Brought back from Ontario trip, shared with rudzud
Light fizzy foamy head with lower retention, a bit of lacing, mostly clear iced-tea auburn color with a little amber hue
Nose sweet candy malts, toasted reddish candy malt, a little biscuity toffee, with fair hop character, herbal tea, a little earthy spicy, quite a bit like a nice altbier, touch floral and citrus,
Taste brings more sweet toasty malts, reddish candy toasty biscuity malt, some herbal tea hops and a little earthy but not really spicy, a touch fruity, medium bitterness with a black tea bitter herbal flavor, again quite altbier like, some mild creamy base malt but not really wheat like at all, drier mild sticky finish
Mouth is med bod, medium carb
Overall not a bad beer, if this was called an altbier it would be great, as a hoppy dunkeweizen it's meh, no wheat really, hops are ok, the malts really bring altbier like

Thanks to JLindros for sharing this can.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear brown hue with a thin off white head.
S - Aromas of caramel malts, faint, good almost cardboard level caramel malt.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice slightly bigger flavour. Good subtle fruitiness, big malt sweetness and caramel, quite herbal tea flavour. Really good subtle grains and yeast.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is pleasant.
O - Overall this was a solid enough dunkel, nice caramel malts.
